ARIELA

ARIELA

We can’t explain the cruelties that we sometimes encounter when we rescue a cat. Unfortunately, this is exactly the case with Ariela.
This poor little lady had her ears cut. This wasn’t an accident; it was done as an intentional act. We don’t know why; we can’t explain the reasoning that was used to justify this senseless act. What we do know is that thankfully this little girl is now safe at the Haven. Her sponsor gave her the beautiful name of Ariela.
Despite what happened to her at the hands of humans, she still remains trusting and friendly. We would very much like the rest of her life to be uphill from here; we are currently in search of a safe, loving forever home for this little girl.
Aside from her sweet personality, Ariela also has a lot of curiosity and is often described as being quick like a rabbit 🐰. As she has now lived within the safety of the Haven (and suffered needlessly when on the street as a young kitten), we would request that Ariela be able to maintain that level of safety in her forever home, either adopted to someone with a fully cat-secured garden (with the special fencing) or catio, kept as an indoor kitty/housecat, or if to be allowed to free roam, that her adopter live in a rural area away from roads and vehicles. All adoptions are subject to an adoption fee of £160 (or local equivalent) to help pay towards her travel and a successful homecheck, currently done via video call.
If you are interested in offering a forever home to Ariela or would like to learn more about our adoption process and how it works, please send me a private message. Either myself or one of the other Admin team members will be back to you within a day.
If Ariela is not right for you, or if you’re not looking for a cat right now, please consider sharing this profile, as it’s in this manner that we find most of our adopters! Thank you for your continued support of Safe Haven Egypt and our cats. x
